The European court has introduced a new criterion for the legality of links to the copyright material, which is the absence of profit. From now on adding the website links to illegally published materials, which are protected by copyright, is no longer a violation in the case if the owner of the resource does not get any profit of the resource. Before they could justify the writer, unless he knew that the image to other resources were deployed in circumvention of the law. That is, if his actions were not deliberate and did not have a hidden intention. The corresponding decision was accepted by Playboy’s lawsuit against the Dutch website GeenStijl. The latter was accused of publication of the links to an Australian website that posted posted pictures of Britt Decker, the TV showman without having any permission to do that. The lawsuit was filed to the court when GeenStijl refused to delete references to images belonging to Playboy. Initially the case was heard in the Supreme Court of the Netherlands.

Then it was passed to the European Court. A few days ago a lot of webmasters have noticed that Google shows the wrong date of the publication of content in the search results. This is clearly seen from the messages posted on Google Webmaster Help, Webmaster World, BlackHat World, and Moz forums. The screenshot (see the link below) displays Google indicates that the message was published on the 30th of December, 2014. In fact, it was uploaded on the 11th of January, 2016. The specialists are already aware of the bug and are currently working on fixing this error as soon as possible for all users affected. Google My Business has implemented another option to performing mass changes to the branch data by using the service editor. What do you need for this: • Sign in to Google My Business. • Locate the desired branches. For this use the search function in the menu "All addresses" in the upper left corner of the page. • To change one branch, just click on it. To edit multiple locations, use the checkboxes and click the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the page.
