I wasn't expecting much from the camera but it does work (used it in my basement) and because it's well lite the movie was pretty good, using the app to view the movie was good but the format is strange and as yet I haven't found a format converter for it.The battery lasts about 8 minutes which isn't enough and I knew that coming into it and ordered 4 spares that are 600mAh with charger compared to the original 500mAh , these are yet to arrive from china.(hope they arrive before the weekend, suppose to be nice out). it takes about an hour to charge via my laptops usb port, I do it this way because it's right in front of me and I check on it for swelling and if it feels like it's getting hot, when it's fully charges the light at the usb connector turns off and when pulled out it turns back on (kind of strange).The quad copter it self is very light and I'm sure it would be hard to control in a stiff breeze, i don't think i would mind the challenge as long as there are no trees or roofs involved.

I paid nearly $60 for this quad copter and think it's worth the price, i bought the case for it too, I like the idea of it being in it so i know it's secure.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Added Dec 25th 2015,Went out for a flight with the camera on and was pleased with how it handles and the quality of the video which you can view here or at my youtube page https://youtu.be/HlsH1JhC7IA , you will see the camera tip the first time, this is where i touched the tip of a branch, the second time was where I lost signal for about a second, At the highest point I think it was about 100 ft over the road./ to convert the 3gp format to MP4 or what ever suits you, little bit of messing around but at least you can upload to your fav media site.SYMA got it VERY right with the X5C and missed the mark with the X5SW.Great for first timers.The quad copter arrived in very good time. This one has the best camera. No flutters, (or very minimal) and takes pretty decent video you could actually use! There is no gimbal system so when the quad turns the video turns, but once again there is no flutter. This quad will fly fast and somewhat reminds me of flying a airplane in a way. It glides though the air. This thing would be excellent for beginners as it can take a beating. It is very light weight and not good for windy days, but on a calm day it flys awesome. 2 batteries are included and the charging USB is elite for sure. Charge both batteries at the same time and the batteries/ charger are quality built. I did not have the previous version with the older camera so I'm not sure if the transmitter has been changed. The one that comes with the new one I can speak for and it is excellent as well. I always have to bring the quadcopter down to me because I forget if I cam taking video.
