In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Call of Duty: Black Ops II, the Care Packages do not give ammo drops. It is mostly unchanged from Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, although there are no longer crates that contain ammo.
