I CRASHED MINE SEVERAL TIMES BUT IT STILL WORKS FINE ....OPPERATE IN WIDE OPEN AREAS WITH NO TREES OR POWER LINES ABOVE UNTILL USER GETS TO MODERATE FLYER STATUS ...... BEST LOCATIONS TO START IS BASEBALL FIELDS , SOCCER FIELDS , THE BIGGER THE OPEN AREAS LESS CHANCES OF CRASHING.... FOR THE FIRST SEVERAL FLIGHTS FLY ONLY AT MINIMUM HEIGHT AND PRACTISE WITH BOTH JOY STICK MODE AND ABSOLUTE CONTROL MODE UNTIL MASTERED BEFORE FLYING AT MAX HEIGHT = LESS CHANCES OF CRASHING ...... First off, this drone flies very well. Unfortunately it is built very cheaply for the price. Gears are very cheap plastic and will damage easily. Replacement parts are extremely expensive. On the second day, I flew the drone outside with the outdoor hull which does not protect the propellers. Gear broke, crossbar broke and controller board got damaged. This all from 6 feet off the ground. Very expensive to fix! Expensive to buy and repair First day used it with the indoor hull all went well. Next day used the outdoor hull. The propeller touched a small branch. Fell on the side from less than 6 feet. Broke motor gear, cross bar and wifi would not work anymore. Everything is glued on the foam body. Repairs cost half the price of new machine. My old cheap helicopter was much more robust at a fraction of the price and it is still working. This thing is built to break and sucker you in buying overpriced parts! Excellent value, Crash the first one,my fault.HD batteries great addition

Very cheap and dissapointing product for the price Bought this online, realized in was all in styrofoam when I received it plus it was defective. They don't even provide a controller and the IOS app they provide with it is buggy and not very responsive. This toy never even lifted off the ground and all efforts to calibrate it were in vain. Then when I brought it back to the store to get a refund, the person working there told me that they can't refund an opened box and all she can do is replace it or give me a store credit. Had to get the manager involved to get my refund. Needless to say, I would not buy another Parrot product and will think twice before buying anything from Best Buy again. It performs very well just in the heat don't have the black outdoor hull on in almost instantly melts Leaving the hull a weird shape but very good product overall Avery good productWhen you go to but the outdoor hull do not get black it melts almost instantly in the heatDron 2,0 edition, you get 2 HD batteries.

very good since the normal batteries are not good. I'm having fun with this product. I'm glad I purchased it. It fly well but you can only fly upto 50m It would be nice to go 200m or more Great product, easy to fly, durable We were impressed with how easy this was to fly. Just press the 'Launch' button and it goes up 3' or 4' & hovers there until you tell it to do something. It doesn't take long to get used to the controls. We had better results when we slowed down the movement parameters. Once we get more used to it we can speed it up again. The video recording feature is a lot of fun.
